Proszę bardzo, podaję nieco więcej kontekstu Work-related stress is a process where work demands, of various kinds, exceed an individual’s capacity to cope. It can, if chronic and/or severe, lead to physical and mental ill health and is linked to sickness absence, turnover, and poor performance.

It can result when there has been insufficient attention paid to the design of jobs and to how work is organised and managed. Addressing these upstream factors is the most effective mitigation strategy.

Addressing Chciałem też zwrócić uwagę, że "addressing" nie musi oznaczać naprawy czegoś. Wystarczy, że drogowcy przed wybojami postawią znak "poprzeczny garb" i już można powiedzieć, że "they addressed the situation". Nie widzę zatem powodu (nie mając szerszego kontekstu) by zawężać "mitigate".

Konteks by się bardzo przydał, by móc naprawdę ocenić czy "mitigate" można przetłumaczyć zawężająco.
