U mnie amerykańscy audytorzy, po wizycie w polskiej firmie (tłumaczyłam podczas wizyty) napisali tak w sprawozdaniu:

The Warehouse Keeper accepts the quantity and quality of delivered materials on the basis of the copy of the purchase order and the documents from the supplier. The authorized Warehouse employee uses the MAGAZYN (warehouse) module of the SIGMAT (Material Inventory) system to fill out and print the “Pz” material acceptance document.

The “Pz” document cannot be issued for higher quantity than indicated in the purchase order. However, there is a deviation admissible (not higher than 10% of the ordered quantity) for certain items that are not available in fixed packages. Since the purchase order and “Pz” issuance modules are connected within the SIGMAT system the “Pz” quantity is fixed at the stage of approval of the purchase order. The over delivered quantity is not accepted and shipped back to the supplier.

The Warehouse Manager and the issuer of the "Pz" document sign it upon review of the materials received. Copies of the "Pz" document are transferred to Accounting, Purchasing Departments, and the department that raised the material requisition for review.
