This looks like eeny meeny miney mo, which is a child's choosing game. Rozilene, my Brazilian wife, used to say the following when she was a child:
"Minha mãe mandou escolher, esse aqui, mas como eu sou teimoso, escolho esse aqui!" With all due repect to Nick, UM DÓ LI TÁ is a song to teach the vowels to kids.
