N-am nici o referinţă concretă, dar m-am orientat după variantele în IT, ES şi FR:

"unità di bestiame adulto"
"unidades de ganado mayor"
"unités de gros bétail"

Se pare că traducerea corectă este "unitate vită mare" (UVM). Am descoperit absolut înîmplător că s-a mai pus întrebarea asta.
