In the event that payments of Adjusted Gross Profits are paid directly from Production Company to ХХХ, as opposed to payments from the distributor or a collection account manager directly to ХХХ, then such payments, accompanied by statements showing revenues received and expenses deducted ("Statements"), shall be paid within thirty (30) days after Production Company's receipt of such revenues from the distributor(s) of the Picture.
