Добрый вечер, немного не ясно, что значит start scan - просто сканирование T/Z/R?
Teach the scan parameters for each of the cassettes sizes which will be
used.
• The “T” start scan is saved once for all cassette sizes. The “Z” start scan
is saved once for 4, 5, 6 inch wafers and once for 8 inch wafers. The
“R” scan start is saved for each size. I
