No idea how this DE/EN bilingual software for a SmartCard reader ended up on the Web (it's now accessible only the cached pages) but it's definitely about selecting the language for "title" whatever "title" is in the context of the related screen display.

Daryo
: does make sense on its own, but not when coupled to the other question about "detitle"// your reference is about a malfunctioning software showing lines of programming code on the user's screen, which shouldn’t happen, but does sometimes.

imenovati, uneti broj programa ili informaciju o TV stanici
Termin"entitled" bi imao značenje dati ime nečemu ili imenovati, u ovom slučaju program. Postoji i opcija "No Entitle", odnosno ostaviti bez naziva.
Problem:
The words “entitled” and “titled” are not synonyms.
Explanation:
One definition of the transitive verb “title” is to call by a name.
An example of proper use of this verb is “He titled his autobiography ‘Jim’.”
So it is incorrect to say or write “He entitled the book ‘Babe Ruth’.”, but it is correct to say or write “He entitled the book before he wrote it. It is titled ‘Babe Ruth’.”
In other words, one should not use “entitled” before the name of a movie, rock concert, book, athletic competition, painting, etc., but one may use “titled” before the name of any of these.
Solution:
Use “titled” but never “entitled” before the name of an event or creation.

: this a case of "software localisation" gone off-track - someone put in the list of text strings to translate what shouldn't be in it - names of the variables used in some software. These are only meant for the machine and the programmer.

Pretty useful and entertaining anyway. This path is entitled to thanx.

Discussion
To be entitled is pretty straightforward - imati pravo na nešto - to be entitled to 1 day off per week - to entitle s.o. to s.t. - dati nekom pravo na nešto, also to give a title to a book etc.
But when you look at the context alarm bells should start ringing, if not screaming.
We know it's something related to HD television. (=>Tech/Engineering - IT (Information Technology) / HD televizija).
One pretty reasonable assumption would be that the on-screen messages for setting up the HD TV need to be translated into Serbian.
But why should be something like "Entitle Program count" be displayed on the screen? I did set up few Top Boxes and TVs, was confronted to some weird acronyms, but have never been asked to "entitle a program counter".
In fact, all these terms look strangely like variable names in some software:
- Entitle Program count: title of the Program counter in EN
- No Entitle: Number (redni broj) of title in EN
- No entitle information of operator: Number (redni broj) of title information of operator in EN
- Entitle info = title info in EN
which was confirmed by a Google search.
