Dobre vysvetleni vyznamu je na wiki
V normalnim vyznamu je to proste policejni stihani, teprve az v mezinarodnim, namornim a UN pravu se tam najednou objevi ty hranice. Cesky preklad s hranicemi v prekladu nebude presny v tech vyznamech, kdy je to proste policejni honicka za pachatelem, ktery muze byt dostizen i pred hranicemi (usmev)
