And may result in consequences that are painful for you as an individual your colleagues, and the company.
By consequences, we mean prison, huge fines, confiscation of assets, loss of licence to operate, share value destruction, DERIVATIVE SHAREHOLDER LITIGATION, adverse media attention and personal shame.
