Hola, el documento viene de una universidad de Birmigham. Se trata de las notas de una persona, y esto aparece en la carta que certifica que los documentos adjuntos son autenticos. gracias

agree Rick Henry : That was my thought too, although at least in US English correspondence, it's usually placed at the end of the document.

Thanks Rick. I think these abbreviations are usually preceded by "Our reference". Looks like they did not add "Our reference" this time.
agree Luisa Ramos, CT : If US English correspondence only RE: is used (not "Your" not "Our"), and that after the recipient's address. Initials only at the end, after the signatures; right along with the CC, the Enc., etc.
