Im translating a text about the reinforcement of structures and Im having a really hard time translating this:
"Another process uses reinforcement by Pc steel wire rolling. Pc wires are embedded on the tour, while cracks are repaired using resin filling material"
the only alternative I have for "on the tour" is structure (implying that the sentence was wrongly written)
