El texto es complicado, porque hay alusiones a problemas que están vigentes, y en este caso a la admisión de un nuevo paradigma computacional, al que se le llama la nube. 'Cloud washing' es el proceso en que se hace marketing de una transformación, pero en la realidad no se transforma nada. Mi traducción interpretativa, nada literal sería esta: 'Hay un vaivén contrario a la nube como nuevo paradigma computacional, y acusaciones … y acusaciones de cosas como cambios realizados en el mercadeo computacional que no se corresponden con verdaderas transformaciones'
