Entonces traduciría tal cual
{Si cualquier Medida = 'XX no disponible' Proceda al [Panel para]/[Panel x] [Análisis]/[Inspección].
Creo que sería conveniente, para otras opiniones que puedan ser mas precisas, conocer que lenguaje es.
