Non-PRO English to Spanish Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Leasing - Lease Agreements

Primero aparece en una cláusula de un contrato de locación de una maquinaria y dice asi: Upon delivery of the machinery, Lessee shall execute and deliver to Lessor a "Term of Delivery and Acceptance", attached to this Agreement as Annex ARTICLE 2. Y luego aparece en el Anexo adjunto bajo el título TERM OF DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE y dice: This Term of Delivery and Acceptance is executed and deliver on the sate set forth deblow by the Lessee.
1. Lessee hereby indicates and confirms to Lessor that Lessee received and accepted all the goods object of the Agreement.
2. Lessee indicates and confirms that the Machinery is in good, safe and serviceable condition and fit for Lesseee's intended use.
