13.2 If any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof is unable to be resolved by mutual agreement of the parties, any action, suit, or proceeding with respect to this Agreement, other than an action for injunctive or equitable relief, against either party or its properties or revenues must be brought exclusively in the English courts sitting in London, England, and both parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and any appellate court from any order or judgment thereof in any such action, suit, or proceeding. A final judgment in any such action, suit, or proceeding will be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.
