Mrs., Coach - please read below

Non-PRO English to Spanish Other
I'm sorry this is a dumb question.

I am writing a paper of rules for a school. How do I translate the following?:
Coach Brown and Mrs. Smith

Students can check with Coach Brown (in the Gym) or Mrs. Smith (in the Cafeteria).

Muchas gracias!

Firstly, it is not a "dumb" question...I didn't always speak Spanish myself:-)

Coach Brown-- if it's a man = Entrenador Brown
Entrenadora Brown (if it's a woman).

Mrs. in Spanish = Señora (and can be abbreviated as: Sra.)
So, it would "Señora Smith" or "Sra. Smith"..in the cafeteria = "en la cafetería".

Hope this helps:-)

Sra. / Profesor

I think Sra. and Profesor are the most suitable translations. Sra. is the short form for "Señora". We use the short for when addressing.
As regards coach, it can be also translated as "entrenador", but Professor is better in the given context. Of course , it also depends on the target country.
In Argentina, the word Profesor (de gimnasia, de tenis, etc) is commonly used. "Entrenador Perez" is never used, for example.

Sra. / Profesor/Entrenador

Como lo han sugerido los colegas.

Para el resto:

Los estudiantes pueden informarse con el Prof./Profesor Brown (en el gimnasio) o con la Sra. Smith (en la cafetería).

Otra opción: Los estudiantes pueden dirigirse al Prof. XX (en el gimnasio) o la Sra. XX (en la cafetería).

Espero te sea de ayuda.

Peer comment(s):

agree Ruth Romero : profesor (de gimnasia en este caso) es casi preferible a entrenador. Tal y como sugieres
