Dispense a fee co-pay (deductible)= me parece a mi que el termino "dispense" en este sentido significa: "to determine (rather than to dispense) la co-cuota/o la co-prima a pagar (deducible; es decir, el cliente decide que tipo de deducible le merece la pena y dependiendo en eso se determina el deducible de la poliza.
