I don't know the right Turkish word for 'prong' here, but I do know that it is NOT 'bıçak'.
Please have a look at the pictures on the site below.
If you look at the 9th picture from the top, you'll see what a prong is. Also, the 1st picture shows a razor with three prongs.

tam sözlükkarşılığı değil ama eğer jiletin tam yerine oturması için jileetteki deliklere geçen sivri metal kısım olarak düşünürsek "pim" uygun bir seçenek olabilir kanısındayım
