Thanks! Into a microwave vial is added formylhydrazide , tosyl chloride ,and 2-t-butylimino-2-diethylamino-1,3-dimethyl-perhydro-1,3,2-diazaphosphorine on polystyrene and anhydrous tetrahydrofuran. The vial is flushed with nitrogen....
I don't know whether it is allowed by my client. :)

on polystyrene carrier

Reagent or catalysts are often put on the surface of a carrier or support. The suppport gives the material a porous structure, high surface area with very small amounts of active substance etc.

yes, only 2-t-butylimino-2-diethylamino-1,3-dimethyl-perhydro-1,3,2-diazaphosphorine should be on polystyrol carrier.
