English term

change

English Bus/Financial Finance (general) TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT (UK)
- To receive the premises the Tenant must provide Landlord with a proper contact address and telephone details. The Tenant must inform Landlord immediately of any changes to the contact details, including your email address, or ***change requests*** to the service

Is the word "change" used here as a verb or a noun?

Thanks in advance!

Hi David, thanks for sharing this comment! I understand what you're talking about. Of course, a compound noun it is. Sorry for my sloppy usage of grammar terms...
David Moore (X) Jun 3, 2013:
Hi Yuri, I read it as part of a compound noun - 'change request(s)'. No more than Henk suggests, but it's not a 'noun' on its own in this case.

change (n)

definitely a noun - the tenant wants some aspect of the service to be changed

agree Tina Vonhof (X) : Using a verb in the explanation is confusing but it is indeed a noun: requests for change(s).
