Thanks. I think "فرمان" is wrong. It does mean "مرسوم :- أصدر فرمانًا بزيادة ساعات العمل ". I think appropriations is wrong as well because expropriation not appropriations does mean نزع الملكية |
I think appropriations does mean استملاك. |
