English term
to proceed against collateral
English to German
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
Aus einem "Cross Collateralization Agreement":
"All property (real or personal) of Borrower which is collateral for any of the Obligations, present or future, direct or contingent, joint or several, shall be collateral for all of the Obligations. Borrower understands and agrees that a default or demand under the terms of any of the Obligations shall give Lender the ***right to proceed against any or all of the collateral*** held by Lender as security for any of the Obligations."
Ich würde es übersetzen als "die Sicherheit verwerten". Kann das jemand bestätigen oder einen anderen Vorschlag machen?
