English to Russian Bus/Financial Loan Agreement, Banks

"LIBOR" means, in relation to any amount owed by the Borrower under this Agreement on which interest for a given period is to accrue:
(a) the percentage rate per annum equal to the offered quotation which appears on the relevant page of the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service designated for the display of an average London intermarket offered rate for Dollars (being currently "LIBOR 01") or, if such page or such service (as the case may be) shall cease to be available, such other page or such other service for the purpose of displaying an average London intermarket offered rate for Dollars as the Facility Agent shall select after consultation with the Banks and the Borrower for such period at or about 11.00 am (London time) on the Quotation Date for such period (the "Screen Rate")
