XX should perform an annual grind-out or re-weighment of all active raw material bins/silos by performing the following:

- Identify a point in time where physical stocks are low
- Inactive bins should be padlocked when point in time is approaching (use tamper-proof seal).
- Indeterminate stock quantities that remain on the date of the cut-off/grind out date should be weighed back through the intake scale and placed into an empty vessel and sealed.
- If unable to weigh back through intake scale, a **bin-dip** may be performed.
