I am writing again because I am going to have the same problem with another quewstion I posted before. When I am ready to give points they ask me for a password, which they did not send. They say they can res4end a password in 15 minuties, but that has not happened. I emailed this in the Forum section but nobody has answered me. I noticed that the message I get is not the one starting with, Someone has suggested an answer, ...
but it is the message you get when someone else has asked for help. I do not know what to do. Any suggestions? Who can answer me from ProZ who is in charge of technical problems and the like? My question in the Forum section has not been posted yet. This was like three weeks ago.
Thanks for any help and also thanks for such promtp reply to my query.

Luis, the password you refer to can be found in the e-mail sent to you when you originally asked your question, not in the messages letting you know that someone has suggested an answer.
The subject usually looks like this: Proz: donor (Your question)
Within the text of that message you'll find the password you need to grade your answers.
If you need to have the password resent, have some patience - it does often take more than 15 minutes, even up to a day...but it does eventually arrive.
I am not responsible for anything on the site, but am just giving you suggestions based on my own experience.

When you make a question, the system automatically sends a message to the e-mail address you provided when filling the question form. Such e-mail message contains the password you need to grade answers.
Hope it helps.
