I like "premises" which has been suggested by my fellow resident of Crac'h resident (our village is fast becoming a translation Mecca if words translated per capita are taken into account), although I feel that 'premises' might be for smaller properties than your shopping mall.

"bricks and mortar" is probably too familiar for your context ;

"building itself" could work ;

I rather like your idea of putting nothing at all. The more I think about it, anything you could put in would probably be redundant.
