mobile home specifications
In a list of specifications for a mobile home available for purchase on a French campsite. This is one of the details about the roof. Context: "Toit: couverture galvanisée à chaud, film de condensation, fermettes renforcées, 200 mm de laine de verre". Are these "reinforced joists" or something like that, please? Websites I have found do not make it clear exactly what they are.

reinforced trusses
Mobile homes often have ever so slightly pitched roofs, in which case they would have a very shallow roof truss, which I could imagine would be called a 'fermette'.
I would be somehow surprised if this were a flat roof and they were using it to mean some kind of 'beam'
