French term (edited):
bnficiaire de cession ou nantissement de crance
assignee or pledgee of receivables
A receivable (créance) can be assigned (cédée) by the assignor to the assignee or pledged (nantie) by a pledgor to a pledgee. I know this doesn't sound very pretty, but I can't see what better terms could be used.
A debt can hardly be assigned or pledged, since its a liability. The term is sometimes used for "créance" but to mean collectable debts or in such expressions as "debt securitization", etc.

book debt assignee or chargee
Adding book debt makes both parts work: assignment or ('floating company') charge of general book debts.

: OK but I still prefer receivables for clarity, including "charge on receivables" as an alternative to "pledge"
