"Augmentation de la coulée ganglionnaire rétro-péritonéale"...not quite sure how to translate this..."retro-peritoneal lymph gland flow" doesn't sound right. Any advice much appreciated.

CT contrast enhancement of the retroperitoneal lymph nodes
Explanation:
I believe the paragraph may be talking about the appearance of a CT scan with contrast where there is enhanced uptake or flow of the contrast in the retroperitoneal lymph nodes which may symbolize metastasis.

agree  Dr Sue Levy (X): yes for lymph node chain as a translation for "coulée ganglionnaire" but "augmentation" just means enlargement here IMO :-)

"coulée ganglionnaire" is not a very common expression - seems to be one of those classic radiologist inventions.

Here's another example:
L’examen TDM ne montrait pas de métastases viscérales à distance, mais confirmait l’existence d’une métastase ganglionnaire qui se présentait sous la forme d’une «coulée ganglionnaire» ilio-inguino-scrotale gauche de 13 cm sur 7 cm

Certainly referring to a particular appearance on the CT scan. Maybe there is an equivalent in English but I haven't been able to track it down.
