Not sure why there are multiple 'aiguilles des minutes', but however many there are they all show the same time.

Re Simpson's note: Yes, like the clocks you see in some public places (hotels, etc.) showing the time in different parts of the world: they all show different 'hours' but the 'minutes' are the same on all of them.
