A document about a watch:
"...les aiguilles des minutes sont indephasables".
I've Googled the term, checked out all dictionaries, the term doesn't seem to exist! Any ideas anyone?

Not sure why there are multiple 'aiguilles des minutes', but however many there are they all show the same time.

Re Simpson's note: Yes, like the clocks you see in some public places (hotels, etc.) showing the time in different parts of the world: they all show different 'hours' but the 'minutes' are the same on all of them.
