La consommation est un nombre d’unités d’œuvre (ex : nombre d’heures) passées par un opérateur à effectuer une opération sur une affaire. Cette consommation est l’information élémentaire du processus de valorisations et d’incorporation des charges.
Une heure de début et une heure de fin définissent une durée de consommation. Celle-ci n’a pas d’influence sur la quantité d’œuvre. Une consommation se déroule toujours sur une journée :chevauchement interdit !
