triatomic oxygen

Created during thunder and lightning storms with concentration levels triple the allowable limit, as set by the EPA. It is also created electronically or through ultraviolet light by converting molecules of Oxygen (O2) into three molecules. It is also referred to as activated oxygen, allotropic oxygen, triatomic oxygen or pure air.
