I think I've just figured it: it may refer to a particular branch known as Business Services.

Just to confirm: There's the Business Services business unit (BS) and the Enterprise Services business unit (ES). Look at the annual report or the quarterlies on Deutsche Telekom's website for the names (and abbreviations) of their strategic business areas and (within these) business units.
