German term

sich um die eigene Achse drehen

German to English Marketing Engineering (general) Wortspiel
To all you creative minds out there... In this same letter (please see my previous posts) they write:

Beide Ziele haben wir in der Vergangenheit bis heute umsetzen können, ohne uns dabei um die eigene Achse zu drehen.

Can I work with something like "spinning/revolving on/around our own axis"?
Change log

Without spinning our wheels

Lots of possibilities for this: "without going around in circles"
Peer comment(s):

agree ottonicolai : I like both suggestions; the idea is "without dispensing unnecessary energy"

German term (edited): sich selbst um die eigenen Achse drehen

at every turn

We have managed to achieve all these goals at every turn.

IMO, the point is not so much the actual phrase, but continuing to use the word turn.
