German term
horizontale Verhaltenskoordinierung
German to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Supply Contract
Schließlich bestehen keinerlei Vereinbarungen bezüglich horizontaler Verhaltenskoordinierung zwischen X und Y.
behavioural coordination doesn't seem to be a term used in business law, so I am a bit stuck here :)

I am guessing, but Google shows that "horizontal coordination" is used. ;-)

concurrent coordination
This is one step above a guess. Would not 'coordination' cover the whole spectrum, including 'Verhalten'?
You have to decide whether this fits your context, though. The 'concurrent' seems to be a buzzword of substance, at least in my area, when coupled with 'engineering.'
