You could say "client" for Förderungsverkäufer. That's less of a mouthful than repeating "seller of the receivables" 47 times.

If Forderungskäufer is factor, what about "Forderungsverkäufer, which also appears in the document?

... is 'receivables purchase agreement' broader than 'factoring agreement'? Both essentially refer to the same thing, in my view. This is why I'd consider 'factor' to be a valid translation in your context.
