Die Treffer, die Google findet, weisen oft Tippfehler auf. Bei vielen der dort angegebenen Quellen muss es sich tats�chlich um "kompensieren" drehen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass ein deutsches Wort "komensieren" vom Englischen "commense", also "beginnnen

I agree with you Sundari ! It seems to be a mistake , but I'm not sure as I found the term 'komensiert' in some web-sites if not dictionaries . In this sense it seems to be a mistake but don't want to ovelook it as a mistake .

I think it should read as "kompensiert" instead of "komensiert". The English word would be "compensated".

"Chondropathie" is simply "chondropathy" in English.
