oblique (or oval) incision (?)

Both Pschyrembel and Roche offer "ovalär" in conjunction with an incision. Don't know if that'll fit into your context, but here goes:

Ovalärschnitt
Fgb.: chir
Lanzettschnitt.
E: oval incision
Lanzettschnitt
in einem Zug ausgeführter Racketschnitt (mit abgerundeten Ecken) quer oder schräg zur Extremitätenachse.
[Roche]

Ovalärschnitt (lat. ovalis eiförmig, oval): 1. (chir.) Lappenschnitt* z. B. bei Amputation; 2. (dermat.) ovale Hautexzision z. B. zur Entfernung eines Hauttumors.
(deutsch) Ovalärschnitt
(englisch) oblique incision, oval incision
[Pschyrembel]

agree Martina Keskintepe : My sources say the same thing, plus, if you check out ovalaer in Google, you will find a cytology report where the word is used as 'ovalär'.
