German term
L.O. Puri
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Three oil samples are taken for analysis from a cargo ship. The samples are taken from the following places: Probe 1: Vor L.O. Puri
Probe 2: Am Hauptmotor
Probe 3: Hinter B+K Filter.
Nos. 2 and 3 are OK but I am stuck on No. 1. Any suggestions?

A pure guess, but if the "main engine" is fuelled by light oil, this may be on target, as the two other expressions look as if they also relate to that area of the ship.
Comment: "Merely because the next one seems more accurate, but thanks "
