This is from a section on automobile replair. I'm unfamiliar with the words 潤量 and 脚色

脚色means "adapt," "dramatize, etc."

「潤量した」 or ｢純量した」makes no sense. Coulld it be ｢測量、脚色した塗料」？ Then, it reads ¥"Measured and adapted paint.¥"

I couldn't find English term but I guess潤量 means: enough quantity to keep paint surface wet, so that adequate thickness of the paint can be obtained.
For 脚色, I have no idea except this is typo of 着色 coloration.
