Umm, all I know (and the reason that I want to know what this means) is there's a CD coming out by a band that I like with the name "Burning Sosobra". I was curious to the meaning, and the language is Phillipino, but I don't see that and I've seen it used in latino and spanish writing.

The language spoken in the Philippines is called Tagalog. I suggest you repost your question as a Tagalog>English question.
In this section people answer questions about terms from Latin (i.e. the language spoken in ancient Rome), so I am afraid nobody will be able to help you.
