In the UK, directors and not companies are disqualified. In fact, Companies House of England & Wales keeps a list of such characters.

My problem is with the title of 'o fiscal' in Brazil: Tax Inspector, (BE) Inland/ (AE) Internal Revenue rather than, on the lines of el fiscal in ES: a Public Prosecutor/ Treasury Junior in a criminal case.
