В каждый из фондов ежеквартально до 20 числа месяца, следующего за отчетным периодом, представляется декларация, составляемая нарастающим итогом, за исключение отчетов в ФСС, декларация в который представляется до 15 числа месяца, следующего за отчетным периодом.
как это перевести?
A declaration issued on an accrual basis is to be submitted to each of the above-mentioned funds till the 20th day of the month following the accounting period, except for reports submitted to the Social Insurance Fund. Поскольку это отчисления во (внебюджетные?) фонды, то они "привязаны" к схеме учета налогов и ваш вариант 5 вполне проходит...
Квартальные данные учитываются нарастающим итогом.
Это играет роль в частности при прогрессивном налогобложении.
