Pokud se jedná o poplatek ve smyslu 'výjimečný', takový, který se svou podstatou odlišuje od ostatních poplatků a plateb a nebude se znovu opakovat, pak se použije určitě termín one-off (britská angličtina), někdy se též používá výraz once-off, ale to víceméně lokálně, např. Irsko.
