En realidad el termino "ejecución material" hace referencia al proceso de construccion en si mismo del edificio. El equivalente en español (Argentina) para este concepto en arquitectura es "cómputo y presupuesto". "total built surface"= cómputo. Es la tarea que realizamos los arquitectos al contar todas las superficies y volumenes de materiales y rubros de una obra (cielorrasos, pintura, revoques). Execution budget" presupuesto o presupuestación de obra construir
