The title of the painting is "Pedro III en el collado de las Panizas" by a Spanish painter, Barbasán Lagueruela. Apart from the fact that the painting's subject is historical, the text doesn't say anything else about it. Does anyone understand the reference to help translate the title, or can anyone suggest a translation?

Pedro III at Las Panizas mountain pass
"Las Panizas" is the proper name of a specific area in Aragón. Pedro III, king of Aragon & Sicily (13th cen.), is not translated. The painter was Mariano Barbasán Lagueruela who worked in the 19th, so this has to be purely imaginative.
