el Director General de xxxxx ha destacado que “la oferta de un modelo de alquiler con opción de compra tiene como objetivo facilitar la adquisición de un producto totalmente garantizado después de haberlo testado al que se aporta la flexibilidad de elegir únicamente el modelo de alquiler si el cliente no quiere un compromiso a largo plazo”.

what you should read (and the Spanish wording IS poor) is:

a. producto totalmente garantizado después de haberlo testado
i.e. it has been tested and is fully guaranteed (due to the testing, but I think that's irrelevant)

b. al que se aporta la flexibilidad

with the added flexibility of
