Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Used several times during a US bank's internal PowerPoint presentation on debt recovery management. For example:

'Ubicación de la función de Recobro Masivo'
'La función de recobro masivo es compartida por Riesgos y Operaciones (Hipotecas y Consumo)'
'Localización de los centros de recobro masivo:'

The complicating factor is that the phrase itself doesn't seem to be used much in Spanish: only 6 Google hits! So I'm wondering whether it itself was originally a translation from US English.

The literal solutions (mass collection/recovery) are not really convincing me. What would a US (or UK) bank call this type of activity? Thanks in advance :)
