Procedimiento:
Se administraron vía endovenosa 20mCi de HDP-99mTc, tomando imágenes tardías tres (3) horas después, con colimador de bajo energía y alta resolución, se procede a rastrear el cuerpo entero en proyecciones anterior y posterior.
Concentración adecuada del radiofármaco por todo el sistema óseo, con distribución regular del mismo.

Seems straightforward. "sistema óseo" I think has to be translated as "skeletal system" ... I can't see any other standard way of saying it in English. One example sentence online: "Whole body scan using 99mTc - MDP radioisotope shows physiological distribution of radiotracer throughout the skeletal system. "
