capacity up to the level of the mouth of the jar/up to shoulder level

I really don't know the answer to this one, but if you have the whole text in front of you, this contribution and refs may help.

<Características del artículo
CAPACIDAD

CAPACITY - The amount of space inside a container for a given amount of product. The normal volume (usually measured in ccs, mls, ounces, or grams) of a bottle, published in standard sizes used by industry. When a bottle is filled to standard capacity, the contents usually fill it up to its shoulder area

MOUTH – The opening at the top of a bottle or jar.

Although I have suggested 'up to the level of the mouth of the jar' wouldn't this risk overflow, so perhaps "up to shoulder level" is more suitable??

Mind you, having seen my first ref., "up to the level of the mouth of the jar/bottle" may work, especially if it is a twist-off cap!
